I am really hopeing someone comes out with a proper sequal as it was one of my favorite ST games.

Unfortunately BotF stop working for me once i upgraded to Win7, I ran the All the ages mod and it was fantastic, unfortunately it doesnt seem to work any longer on my new rig. The reason BotE took out the star trek content was to avoid any lawsuits, the idea was that once BotE was done the first thing they would do was release a Star trek mod for the game to add all the star trek content back in, there avoiding any leagal issues. Units : I’m afraid I have no unit creating abilities, so I will have to disappoint those of you who were waiting for some cool, new spaceships. Okay, they switching some images here and there but no significant updates. I included my new Star Trek interface with this mod, as well as many new bonus resources spread all over the map for added Trek ‘flavour’. There is another BotF 2 project hostet by mstrobel ( here) but if you ask me - not match happen since one year. In addition there is a Community project that turns BotE back into StarTrek Content but you are right it don't feel right like back in the days. Watching Groose and his minions' various shenanigans unfold was hilarious, and Link and Zelda's playful relationship with one another was really sweet.Zulnak wrote:Earlier versions of BotE had a ST Content but reasons why they drop the StarTrek Content and turn the game in something else. I actually really enjoyed the opening section of the game, as the characters have the same sort of quirky charm that I loved about the townpeople in Wind Waker. I'm just worried about smashing my arm off of something in my living room, as I don't usually play the Wii in such a vigorous way. The controls really are so much fun! Even the simple addition of running is enjoyable, especially when you use it to clamber up walls ninja-style.

The Star Trek mod will see you playing as one of 25 civilizations from the show, each led by some of your favorite characters from the series. If there's one gripe I have it's that the start of the game is a little long but otherwise it's definitely one of the better games I've played in the last few years. Let’s bring another sci-fi universe to life, this time in the form of Star Trek. The controls work really, really well but I'll have to play more of it to give it any broader assessment. I played Skyward Sword for a couple of hours.
