Is there anyone who you can donate caps to for karma in Fallout New Vegas? Donating is (as of Nov 2017) on the list of ways to gain Karma, but I can't find anyone to donate to other than the Followers, and doing so does not grant me karma.
Lock, Change the lock difficulty setting of the item you are currently. As for the second thing, I really have no idea. Adds or reduces total karma by an amount. Player.getav Karma will show your current Karma level Has anyone figured out why stealing from evil factions like the Fiends or the Van Graffs doesn't reduce karma, but stealing from the Legion or the Powder Gangers does? Not a big deal, but it just seems so odd to me.
